Volunteer Action Nepal

Volunteer Action Nepal is a Christian, non-profit organization which facilitates and organizes your voluntary service in different parts of Nepal.

Specialization or high qualifications are not a fundamental requirement though they may be helpful. There are very few hospitals and health posts in rural Nepal, and even at places where there is some facility, oftentimes there is not a physician on duty and/or there is not the medicine available. If you become a volunteer, you might be posted at one of such posts.
