The Peace and Hope Trust, a UK-based charity, sends teams of volunteers to Nicaragua several times a year. One speciality of the Peace and Hope Trust is the annual medical team of doctors, dentists, and nurses who bring much needed health care to remote communities and to those who cannot afford the local services.
