CommunityHealth is a nonprofit organization that aims to deliver comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered health care at no cost to low-income, uninsured adults in need of a medical home in Chicago, Illinois.

Volunteers needed include dentists, dental hygienists, pharmacists, Polish-speaking mental health providers, ultrasound technicians, dermatologists, physical therapists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, registered dietitians, and rheumatologists.
