Acre International is an Irish missionary charity working in Brazil. Through medical work, occasions do arise when the spiritual needs of the patient can be addressed. The ongoing leprosy program in Brazil is very demanding. Dr. William Woods OBE is Coordinator of the Leprosy Programme for Northern Brazil.
