MEDICO is a nonprofit organization that provides health care and health education to communities in Nicaragua and Honduras through short-term medical trips.
Among the volunteers that are needed are physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, registered nurses, optometrists, health educators, emergency medical technicians, dental hygienists, dental technicians, nutritionists, pediatricians, and speech therapists.
